- Take a bowl Add eggs,sugar,salt, and milk and beat it well..
- Now add All-purpose flour(sifted 2-3 times) and mix it well.
- Now add melted butter again mix it and strain it with strainer for smooth better..
- Now grease the pan and add 1/4cup of better in it and making crepes.
- Cook it on low flame fry both side for 3 minutes and repeat with all..
- Take a chill bowl Whipp the cream.
- Now take cake pan mould Place cling wrap on it and start layering Place 1 crepes 👇.
- And apply whipped cream then Place another one then apply cream then so on and repeat with all.in between layer you can also add cocktail fruits.
- In the end wrap it with cling wrap and keep in fridge for one hour..
- After one hour remove the mould remove cling wrap then apply whipped cream all over..
- And garnish what ever you want with chocolate ganache or fresh fruits….
